Lemony Grilled Salmon

What you need:

  • 1 lb salmon fillet
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

What to do:

Fire up the grill.  Coat each side of each fillet with ½ tbsp olive oil and ½ tsp lemon juice (you’ll probably have two fillets). Rub pepper and basil over each side of both fillets. Put the fillets on the grill for about 3-5 minutes each side.  The fish will be nice and flaky when it’s ready.

Serves 2-3.
